I almost never cook anymore. I like to, however by myself I'm largely practical, valuing function over form, and so tend to eat a lot of pasta. However, having spent a lot of money last month, having lunches to bring to work is a big big advantage.

Yesterday, I went and bought a bunch of sundries, and made me some fantastic tuna salad. Had some yummy tuna melts for dinner, plus makings from sandwiches for lunch today.

Today, I made an omelette which turned out quite fantastic as well, and I'm having it with a Shiraz, and watching episodes of Firefly. It's a very fine evening. I'm feeling mellow and relaxed. I wish I had someone to spend the evening with, but I guess I can't have everything.
